Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited 6.25% Subordinated Notes due 23 May 2016 and Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 23 May 2016
SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION and FINAL REMOVAL OF EXPIRED CLASS FROM QUOTATION
The 6.25% Subordinated Notes due 23 May 2016 and Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 23 May 2016 (the “Notes”) of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited will be suspended from quotation from the close of business today, Monday 9 May 2011, in accordance with listing rule 17.2 following the Issuers notice to redeem the Notes on 23 May 2011.
The Notes will be finally removed from official quotation with effect from Tuesday, 24 May 2011.
