Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited 6.50% Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 8 November 2011 and Floating Rate Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 8 November 2011
SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION and FINAL REMOVAL OF EXPIRED CLASS FROM QUOTATION
The 6.50% Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 8 November 2011 and Floating Rate Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 8 November 2011 (the “Notes”) of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited will be suspended from quotation from the close of business today, Thursday 27 October 2011, in accordance with listing rule 17.2 pending the maturity of the Notes on 8 November 2011.
The Notes will be finally removed from official quotation with effect from Wednesday, 9 November 2011.
