NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (“ANZ”), it has placed a trading halt on ANZ Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre market open today, Monday 18 July 2022.

ANZ has requested the trading halt while it undertakes the bookbuild component of a capital raise.

The trading halt of ANZ is expected to be lifted pre market open Thursday 21 July 2022.
