ANZ Capital Notes – Change to Record Dates

ANZ has determined that the Record Date for the payment of future Distributions for the following ANZ capital notes will be changed to the date which is 12 calendar days before the relevant Distribution.

The terms and conditions of ANZ Capital Notes 7 (ANZPJ) already provide that the Record Date for the payment of a Distribution is 12 calendar days prior to the relevant Distribution Payment Date.
