Description

On 16 August 2016, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (Company) announced an offer of ANZ Capital Notes 4 (Notes) (ASX Code: ANZPG).

It is expected that the Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 10.00am (+/- 15 seconds) Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday 28 September 2016.
