Description

On 11 February 2014, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited announced an offer of capital notes (“Capital Notes 2”). Please refer to the Replacement Prospectus dated 19 February 2014 for information regarding the terms of issue of the Capital Notes 2.

DEFERRED SETTLEMENT TRADING

It is expected that the Capital Notes 2 will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12pm AEDT on Tuesday, 1 April 2014 (ASX Code: ANZPE).

The indicative timetable is as follows.

Tuesday, 1 April 2014	Deferred settlement trading expected tocommence from 12pm AEDT.ASX Code: ANZPE
Friday, 4 April 2014	Holding statements despatched by
Thursday, 10 April 2014	Last day of deferred settlement trading
Friday, 11 April 2014	T + 3 trading commences
