Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited – ANZ Capital Notes – Deferred Settlement Trading

On 2 July 2013, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited announced an offer of fully paid mandatorily convertible subordinated perpetual notes (ANZ Capital Notes). Please refer to the replacement prospectus dated 10 July 2013 for information regarding the terms of issue of the ANZ Capital Notes.

Deferred Settlement Trading

It is expected that the ANZ Capital Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12.00 PM EST on Thursday, 8 August 2013 (ASX Code:ANZPD).
