Notice of correction to the Pricing Supplement dated 26 October 2011 for the issue of A$1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 26 October 2015 by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ABN 11 005 357 522) (“Issuer”)

The attached Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement dated 18 November 2011 (the “ Amendment ”) has been prepared by the Issuer in order to correct an erroneous date reference contained in the abovementioned Pricing Supplement.
By virtue of the Amendment, the term “Interest Payment Dates” in Section 17(i)(b) of the Pricing Supplement is amended by replacing “ 26 January 2011 ” with “ 26 January 2012 ”.
