Each Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) represents the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock or Chess Depositary Interest (CDI) upon vesting. The RSUs were granted to employees and are subject to continued employment with the Company and other terms and conditions set forth in the applicable award agreements. The following were granted: (i) 38,750 RSUs vest in three approximately equal instalments on 11 June 2026, 11 June 2027 and 11 June 2028; and (ii) 5,000 RSUs vest in three approximately equal instalments on 3 April 2026, 3 April 2027 and 3 April 2028.
