Non-Renounceable Issue Prospectus Closing Date extended to 30 November 2007

The Directors of bioMD Limited advise that the closing date for the acceptance of applications under the Prospectus announced on 22 August 2007, has been extended from 31 October 2007 to 5.00pm (WST) on Friday 30 November 2007 or such later date as the Directors may, at their discretion determine.

The extension of the closing date is to allow eligible shareholders more time to submit their applications to apply for shares with attaching new options.

Eligible shareholders should use the application form that was mailed to them in September 2007 to apply for shares under the Prospectus.
