We refer to the off-market takeover bid by bioMD Limited ACN 088 221 078 ( BOD ) for Allied Medical Limited ACN 089 052 479 ( AML ).

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 654C(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), that as at the date of this letter:

• (a) BOD's voting power in AML has risen to and above 75%; and

• (b) BOD's voting power in AML is now as is set out in the attached reconciliation.
