Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (ASX: AVR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (‘AVR’) will be halted at the request of AVR, pending the release of an announcement by AVR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 28 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

AVR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

ANTERIS TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL CORP (ASX: AVR) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Dear Barbara

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Anteris Technologies Global Corp (the Company) requests that ASX apply an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on 24 October 2025.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the proposed capital raising or the commencement of normal trading on ASX on Tuesday 28 October 2025; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
