Anteris Technologies Ltd (ASX: AVR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Anteris Technologies Ltd (‘AVR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AVR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 9 February 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ANTERIS TECHNOLOGIES LTD (ASX: AVR) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Anteris Technologies Ltd (the Company ) requests that ASX apply an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the proposed capital raising or the commencement of normal trading on ASX on Thursday 9 February 2023; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
