CONVERSION OF SECURITIES
Brisbane, Australia and Minneapolis, USA. Anteris Technologies Ltd (ASX: AVR; Anteris or the Company ) announces that in accordance with the Convertible Security and Share Purchase Agreement dated 6 January 2021 ( Agreement) as amended between Anteris Technologies Ltd and Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund, LLC ( Investor ), the Investor has provided notice to convert $1.62m of convertible notes into ordinary shares. This investment in the Company foregoes the requirement for the Company to repay this amount.
In accordance with the Agreement, the conversion price is 90% of the five-day VWAP of the shares up to the issue of the conversion notice.
