EXERCISE OF UNDERWRITTEN LISTED OPTIONS
Brisbane, Australia and Minneapolis, USA,
Anteris Technologies Ltd (ASX: AVR) ( Anteris or the Company ) reports the total gross proceeds from the 2,370,209 listed Options exercise that were on issue on 1 November 2021 and expired on 18 December 2021 was $18,961,672.
The Company received applications to exercise 1,922,064 Options from existing holders, raising $15,376,512.
Evolution Capital Pty Ltd (under its Underwriting Agreement with the Company) exercised its right over the 448,145 Options remaining shortfall for a gross consideration of $3,585,160.
