Admedus Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Admedus Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 6 August 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Admedus Limited (the Company ) requests ASX apply an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the commencement of trade on ASX on 6 August 2018.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
