bioMD Offer for Unlisted Allied Medical Limited Market Update

PERTH Australia 14th April 2011: Further to bioMD Limited’s release to the market on 15 February 2011, we wish to advise that we have been granted an extension by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission of the period in which to release our Bidders Statement to the market. The Bidder’s Statement must now be lodged by the earlier of:

• 2 months and 18 days after the proposal (by 3 May 2011); and

• 7 Business days after Allied Medical Limited’s December 2010 half yearly financial audit report is signed.

bioMD and Allied Medical Limited are both progressing their respective documentation for their shareholders and will keep the market informed as we proceed.
