Entitlements Offer Extended

bioMD Limited opened its non-renounceable offer for New Options on 17 March 2010 and there has been a positive response to the Offer.

The Directors are aware of both Easter and school holidays occurring and have decided to extend the offer until Friday 9 April .

Eligible shareholders should use the Entitlement and Acceptance form that was mailed to them earlier this month to apply for the New Options. All cheques must be drawn on an Australian bank or bank draft made payable in Australian currency to bioMD Limited – NRE Account and crossed not negotiable.

Please note that the BPay facility will not be available for this extension.

Your completed Entitlement and Acceptance form and cheque must reach the Company’s Share Registry at the address below no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 9 April 2010 :
