Retraction of Entitlements Offer Extension

bioMD Limited announced its intention to extend its non-renounceable offer for New Options today.

The Directors are confident that the Company can close the Offer as per the original timetable.

The Closing Date for the Offer is to remain at 5.00pm (WST) 31 March 2010.
