Re: BODOA – Options expiring 31 Dec 2011

The Directors of bioMD Ltd wish to advise that as of close of business yesterday, no further ‘piggy-back’ options (BODAZ) will be issued on the exercise of listed BODOA options.

The terms of the BODOA options are such that if any of these options were exercised before 30 June 2010, then another piggy-back option would be issued with an expiry date of 31 December 2012.

To date, 209,172 piggy back options have been issued to 16 holders. As there are fewer than 50 holders of the BODAZ options, they will remain as unlisted options.
