Non-Renounceable Rights Issue – Shortfall Fully Subscribed

The Directors of bioMD Limited (ASX: BOD) wish to announce the placement of the shortfall from its recent non-renounceable rights issue, completing the offer fully subscribed. Existing and new investors participated in the issue which raised a total of approximately $860,000.

Shareholder Acceptances 21,062,439 $421,248.78 Shortfall Acceptances 21,850,705 $437,014.10

The funds raised will be used to expedite the Company’s clinical trial programs aimed at commercialising its ADAPT tissue engineering technology used to treat animal tissue for use within the human body. The Company’s near term development milestone activities include:

• Complete the Phase II Human Clinical Trial of CardioCel, a tissue engineered ADAPT treated bovine pericardial patch for cardiac repair procedures in South Africa.

• Start an Australian Human Clinical Trial of tissue engineered ADAPT treated bovine pericardial tissue for Pelvic Floor reconstruction procedures.

• Commission an independent expert’s review of pre-clinical histology data completed to date.

• Commence independent biocompatibility testing , an important first step in the regulatory approvals process.
