bioMD Limited - Entitlements Issue Now Closed

bioMD Limited advises that the entitlement period for eligible expired Optionholders to the Prospectus dated 22 August 2007 for a non-renounceable entitlements issue of new shares and free attached options has closed.

The Directors will now proceed to make the offer to other prospective investors at their discretion.

The final subscription figures will be announced to the market shortly.

The Company appreciates the support of shareholders, and is delighted with the success of the issue.
