RESIGNATION / APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
Company Secretary resignation
Admedus Limited (ASX:AHZ) (“the Company”) today advises that Ms Maja McGuire has resigned as Company Secretary & Legal Counsel effective, 27 February 2018.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Ms McGuire for her contribution to the Company.
Company Secretary appointment
The Company announces that Ms Tanya Mangold has been appointed as Company Secretary & General Counsel, based in Brisbane, Australia.
Ms Mangold brings to the role approximately twenty years of relevant experience, gained in South Africa and Australia, including working with listed companies as a general counsel, company secretary and in top tier private practice.
She holds BComm, LLB, LLM and postgraduate taxation qualifications and was admitted as a solicitor in Australia in 2008. She is also a member of the Queensland Law Society and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Change of registered office
The Company advises that as of 27 February 2017, its registered office and principal place of business will change to:

These changes bring to completion the consolidation of corporate services functions to a centralised location as announced on 26 August 2016.
