RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Company Secretary resignation
Admedus Limited (ASX:AHZ) today advises that Ms Tanya Mangold has resigned as Company Secretary & Legal Counsel effective immediately.
Company Secretary appointment
The Company announces that Admedus’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ms Catherine Costello has been immediately appointed as Company Secretary in her place and will carry out both roles as an existing member of the leadership team.
Ms Costello is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia and has previously held Company Secretary roles.
She was appointed as Admedus’ CFO in November 2017 and has the full support and confidence of the Board in her ability to execute the requirements of these dual roles.
