DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Admedus Limited (ASX:AHZ) (“the Company”) announces that Ms Catherine Costello has resigned as interim Executive Director and Company Secretary of Admedus Limited, effective 27 October 2018. Ms Costello was appointed interim Executive Director[1] on 23 May 2018 and Company Secretary[2] on 15 March 2018.

Admedus Chairman, Mr John Seaberg, thanked Ms Costello for her diligence and dedication to these roles.

Attached is an Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) for Ms Costello.
