ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Restructure of Australian Management Team

Admedus Limited (ASX:AHZ) (“the Company”) announces that Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Costello, will leave the company on November 16, 2018. Admedus’ Chairman, John Seaberg said, "Catherine has been an important part of the Executive Team in Australia not only as Chief Financial Officer but in a variety of other capacities, including acting as company secretary and director.

The restructure of Admedus in Australia will see a change to the functions and responsibilities of the role. The Board of Directors and I wish Catherine every success in her future endeavours.” Admedus is currently undertaking a restructure with a view to recapitalisation of the company and expects to provide further details of the restructure on due course.
