Brisbane, Australia 15 July 2016

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Admedus Limited (‘the Company’) (ASX: AHZ) announces that with effect from today, 15 July 2016, HLB Mann Judd (WA Partnership) (‘HLB’), a member firm of HLB International, has been appointed as auditor for the Company.

This appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd (‘BDO’), and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 .

The Board selected HLB to replace BDO as the Company’s auditors for the financial year commencing 1 July 2015 and subsequent financial years based upon its expertise and to reduce costs associated with the audit.

The Board believes that the appointment of HLB is in the best interests of the Company and its’ shareholders.

In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , HLB Mann Judd (WA Partnership) will continue to hold office until the next AGM at which shareholders will formally approve the new auditor.
