NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Anteris Technologies Ltd’s (“ Anteris ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held at 10:00 a.m. AEST on Monday 29 May 2023.
One item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 9.5 (c) and (d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is Thursday 13 April 2023. Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5 p.m. AEST on the closing date.
