NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Anteris Technologies Ltd’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10:00 a.m. AEST on Wednesday 25 May 2022.
One item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 9.5 (c) and (d) of Anteris Technologies Ltd’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is Thursday 7 April 2022. Nominations must be received at Anteris Technologies Ltd’s registered office no later than 5 p.m. AEST on the closing date.
