UPDATE TO THE DETAILS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Anteris Technologies Ltd (ASX: AVR) (the Company ) announced on 15 March 2021 that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Friday 14 May 2021. The Company is rescheduling the date of the AGM and will provide a subsequent update to the market with a revised AGM date as well as the closing date for the receipt of Director nominations.
The Company intends to give a live investor update during May 2021 and is working on the possibility of the CEO being present in Australia for the AGM.
