DETAILS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Anteris Technologies Ltd (ASX:AVR) (the Company ) announced on 14 April 2021 that its Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be rescheduled. The revised date of the AGM will now be 10:00 a.m. AEST on Thursday 15 July 2021.
One item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 15.4 of Anteris Technologies Ltd’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is Wednesday 2 June 2021. Nominations must be received at Anteris Technologies Ltd’s registered office no later than 5 p.m. AEST on the closing date.
