NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Admedus Ltd’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10:00 a.m. AEST on Friday 15 May 2020 at Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane, 23 Leichhardt Street, Spring Hill, Brisbane, Queensland.
One item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 15.4 of Admedus Ltd’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is Wednesday 1 April 2020. Nominations must be received at Admedus Ltd’s registered office no later than 5 p.m. AEST on the closing date.
