ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

IMPORTANT UPDATE TO THE DETAILS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Admedus Ltd (ASX: AHZ) (the Company ) announced on 9 April 2020 that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 10:00 AM AEST on Friday, 15 May 2020 at Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane. The Notice of Meeting, Explanatory Memorandum and Voting Form were mailed to all shareholders on that date.

The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has resulted in the Australian and Queensland governments implementing a number of restrictions and guidelines including those in relation to travel, public gatherings and social distancing. Due to these restrictions, shareholders will not be able to physically attend the AGM at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane on 15 May 2020. The Company will implement the applicable Australian and Queensland government restrictions at the AGM.

In order to allow all shareholders to participate in the AGM, the Company encourages Shareholders to submit their votes by proxy by the proxy voting cut-off time of 10:00 AM AEST on Wednesday, 13 May 2020. In addition, the Company has organized an online facility, where shareholders and guests will be able to login and view a live webcast of the AGM, to ask directors questions online and to submit their voting online in real time. Details on how shareholders and guests can join this live webcast AGM is outlined in the attached online meeting guide. Due to the restrictions the Chairman, Mr John Seaberg and the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr Wayne Paterson will be unable to attend the AGM in person and will participate in the live webcast.

If you wish to ask questions of the directors, the Company invites you to submit questions ahead of the AGM to ensure there is an opportunity for them to be addressed. Please submit your questions using the form at the following website address

Getting Started

If you choose to participate online you will be able to view a live webcast of the meeting, ask the Directors questions online and submit your votes in real time and you will need to either:
