I am pleased to invite you to attend the 2017 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ).

Meeting details

Date: Thursday, 16 November 2017 Time: 11am (EST) Venue: Novotel Brisbane Hotel, 200 Creek Street, Brisbane City, Queensland 4000

Registration will be open in The Lawson 1 Room of the Novotel Brisbane Hotel from 10:15am and refreshments will be provided.

The AGM provides the Board with the opportunity to present the Company’s strategy and performance to you, and to listen and respond to your questions. Full details of the meeting and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the enclosed Notice of Meeting.

If you are not able to attend the meeting, you are encouraged to vote by:

• completing the enclosed proxy form by 11am (EST) on 14 November 2017; or

• by registering your proxy electronically by visiting the following website: www.investorvote.com.au.

Your Directors are of the opinion that all resolutions which are proposed at the AGM are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders and therefore unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of the resolutions.

It’s been a very exciting year for the Company, with some significant changes and milestones achieved. The next 12 months will be equally important, as we continue to focus on driving increasing sales and expanding our product pipeline.
