Annual General Meeting 2014

I am pleased to invite you to this year’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) to be held at 11:00am (WST) on 14 November, 2014 at the Duxton Hotel, 1 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia. Full details of the meeting and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the enclosed Notice of Meeting.

The AGM gives the Board the opportunity to present the company’s strategy and performance to you, and to listen and respond to your questions. If you attend the AGM, please register with the Computershare staff that will be situated outside Ballroom B. Registration will be open from 10:15am and refreshments will be available.

If you cannot come to the meeting in person, your vote is still important to us and I urge you to complete, sign and return the enclosed proxy form by 11am (WST) on 12 November, 2014. You may also register your proxy electronically by accessing the following website: www.investorvote.com.au.

Your Directors are of the opinion that all resolutions which are proposed at the AGM are in the best interests of the company and its shareholders and therefore unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of the resolutions.

I would also like to welcome our two new Non-Executive Directors, Mr John Seaberg and Mr Wayne Paterson, onto the Board. Mr Seaberg brings with him 37 years of experience in the international medical devices industry with a strong background in development, sales and marketing. Mr Paterson joins Admedus after 20 years as a senior executive in the international pharmaceutical industry with extensive managerial and marketing experience. They will complement the skill set of the existing Board and we look forward to their contribution, insight and experience as the company continues to grow.
