Resignation of Company Secretary

Anteo Diagnostics Limited (ASX: ADO) advises the market that Mr Peter Harding-Smith has resigned as CFO and Company Secretary. The CFO duties will be performed by Glenn McInally, Principal of McVinish+McInally, on a contractual basis. Mr McInally has worked on various projects for Anteo over the past 15 months and will work closely with Mr Alan Studley, Chair of Audit and Risk committee.

The Board thanked Mr Harding-Smith for his services over the last 10 months and wish him success moving forward.
