ANTEO Announces New Director Appointment

Anteo Diagnostics Limited (ASX: ADO) (“ Anteo ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr Matthew Sanderson has been appointed to the Board with immediate effect. The Company is currently undertaking its strategic review, reviewing the skills and composition of the Board and is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer. To assist the Company in this regard the Board has appointed an Independent Director.

The Chairman, Dr John Hurrell, stated, “We welcome Mr Sanderson to the Board of the Company. The appointment of Mr Sanderson demonstrates the Boards commitment to good corporate governance. It immediately strengthens the independence of the Board to ensure that the interests of all shareholders are carefully considered and protected by the oversight of our two Australian Domiciled independent directors being Mr Alan Studley, appointed in May 2017, and Mr Sanderson.”
