ANTEO BOARD CHANGES
For Immediate Release:
-
Ms Sam Andersen retires from the Board of Anteo
-
Mr Shane Hartwig to resign as Company Secretary and replaced by Mr Richard Martin
Anteo Diagnostics announces the retirement of Ms Sam Andersen from her role as a NonExecutive Director of the company and as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. With the commencement of Tamara Mills as COO the temporary role that Sam has filled as an Executive Director has drawn to a close. Sam has taken this opportunity to retire from her role with Anteo and concentrate on the other roles in her portfolio.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Sam for the role that she has played, particularly through the acquisition of DIAsource. The high level of financial governance skills held by Mr Rolf Sickman and Mr Richard Martin ensure that rigorous challenge in this area will continue.
Mr Shane Hartwig will also retire as Company Secretary on 31 August 2016. Shane has taken on a number of additional activities that have led him to the conclusion that he can no longer devote the time that he considers necessary to Anteo. Shane has had a long and valued association with the company. The Board would like to thank him for this service and wish him well in his future endeavours. Mr Martin will undertake the role of Company Secretary.
