ASX ANNOUNCEMENT / MEDIA RELEASE Resignation of Director
The Board of Anteo Diagnostics Limited wishes to advise the market that Lara Iacusso a NonExecutive Director has announced her resignation from the Board of Anteo effective today.
Ms Iacusso’s other work commitments are continually increasing and as a result Ms Iacusso believes it will be difficult to commit sufficient time going forward to her role as a Non Executive Director with Anteo.
The Managing Director and the rest of the Board of Anteo, wish to acknowledge and thank Ms Iacusso for her contribution to the Company, a role that has been significant in the transformation of the Company over the past years.
The Directors are in the process of undertaking a review of the Board’s composition and structure and will keep the market informed of any further changes.
