ASX ANNOUNCEMENT / MEDIA RELEASE Resignation of Director
The Board of Anteo Diagnostics Limited wishes to advise the market that Dr Robert Gilmour a NonExecutive Director has today announced his resignation from the Board of Anteo.
Dr Gilmour is in the process of pursuing new business interests and therefore may not have the necessary time to commit to a Non Executive Director role with Anteo.
The Chairman and the rest of the Board of Anteo, wish to acknowledge and thank Dr Gilmour for his positive contribution over the past years with the Company and wish him luck and success in his new undertakings.
At this stage the Company will not be replacing Dr Gilmour on the Board and will remain with a four person Board.
