The Management Board of Answear.com S.A. (hereinafter also referred toas the "Company") inform that on 9 July 2021 the voting of theSupervisory Board of the Company has been completed and SupervisoryBoard decided to appoint BDO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnościąSpółka komandytowa, seated in Warsaw, for an auditor of financialstatements of the Company for the the period of 12 months ended 31st ofDecember 2021 and 31st of December 2022 as well as the Company'shalf-year financial statements for the period of six-months ended 30thof June 2021 and 30th of June 2022.
