– Cleansing Notice Issue of Shares
ASX: ASN Announcement
Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN ) (“ Anson Resources ” or “ the Company ”) advises that it has today issued 31,250 ordinary shares following the conversion of 31,250 options exercisable at $0.12 expiring 16 November 2026. An Appendix 2A relating to the issue of shares has been lodged prior to this announcement.
The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to the investor under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and
-
this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e);
-
as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
-
a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
-
b. section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and
-
-
as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.
