– Cleansing Notice Issue of Shares
ASX: ASN Announcement
Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN ) (“ Anson Resources ” or “ the Company ”) hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 62,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.08 raising $5 million before costs, without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.
The Company hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act in compliance with the requirements of section 708A(6) of the Act. The Company also advises that as at the date of this notice:
The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
-
(b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.
As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A (7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
An Appendix 2A relating to the issue of shares has been lodged prior to this announcement.
This announcement has been reviewed by EXIM and is authorized for release by the Executive Chairman and CEO.
