Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of Anson Resources Limited (‘ASN’) will be halted at the request of ASN, pending the release of an announcement by ASN.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 19 August 2025; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.
ASN’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
ASX: ASN Announcement
Anson Resources Limited (“Anson”) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is informed. There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
The trading halt will operate until the announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, whichever occurs sooner.
Anson is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
This announcement has been authorized for release by the Executive Chairman and CEO.
