Description

The securities of Anson Resources Limited (‘ASN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ASN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 19 September 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Anson Resources Limited (“Anson”) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is informed.

The trading halt will operate until the announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Monday, 19 September 2022, whichever occurs sooner.

Anson is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
