Important Dates for Shareholders

Anson Resources Limited (“ Anson ” or “ the Company ”) announces that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company will be held on Monday, 14 November 2022.

In accordance with clause 16.4(d) of Anson’s Constitution and the requirements of ASX listing rules 3.13.1 and 14.3, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for election of directors is 3 October 2022. Any nominations must be received at Anson’s registered office no later than 5pm (AWT) on 3 October 2022.

Dates are subject to change should circumstances require, with all changes to be advised to the ASX.

The materials for the AGM will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.

The Phase 2 development of the Project will see an expansion of lithium production capacity and commencement of bromine production.
