ANSELL LIMITED ACQUIRES HẾRCULES EQUIPAMENTOS DE PROTECAO LTDA
Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), today announced that the settlement of its purchase of Hércules Equipamentos de Protecao Ltda has been completed.
This US$ 77 million acquisition (approximately A$ 74 million) was previously announced on 18 December, 2012.
