ANSELL CONFIRMS SALE OF ITS BRAZILIAN CONDOM BUSINESS

Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in protection solutions, today announces the closing of the sale of Ansell’s Brazilian condom business, Blowtex. This sale is the final completion condition of Ansell’s previously announced divestiture of its Sexual Wellness business to Humanwell Healthcare (Group) Co., Ltd. and CITIC Capital.
