Appointment of Company Secretary
1 April 2021 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in personal protection safety solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Martin Evans as Joint Company Secretary, effective Monday 5 April 2021.
The current Company Secretary, Catherine Stribley, is taking maternity leave commencing 16 April 2021.
Mr. Evans joined the Company in October 1984 and has held several senior finance roles most recently as Senior Director Group Accounting & Reporting. Mr. Evans is a Chartered Accountant and has a Commerce degree from Melbourne University.
