ANSELL ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF JEYAN HEPER AS PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, SEXUAL WELLNESS GLOBAL BUSINESS UNIT

31 October 2014 - Iselin NJ, USA / Melbourne, Australia – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in protection solutions, today announces the appointment of Jeyan Heper as President & General Manager, Sexual Wellness Global Business Unit. Jeyan will join the organization on 10, November 2014.

Jeyan is an exceptionally accomplished marketing executive, most recently serving as Vice President & Global Director, Marketing, for the Danone Group located in Barcelona, Spain. He contributed to building brands and marketing capabilities at Danone worldwide for brands such as Evian[®] , Volvic[®] , and recently Danone’s global flagship brand Actimel[®] , present in 37 countries.

Originally from Turkey, Jeyan began his career at Procter & Gamble Group, where he held various marketing roles of increasing responsibility in Turkey, Belgium, Romania, and Germany. Jeyan ultimately rose to the position of Global Business Manager at Procter & Gamble Group, responsible for the Braun[®] men’s grooming division, based in Kronberg, Germany.

As President & General Manager, Jeyan will be responsible for leading the organization through the next phase of continued rapid growth of the SKYN[®] brand, while re-energizing regional brands. Jeyan will also bring a fresh perspective on digital and social media marketing to Ansell, based on his successes in this arena.

Based in the Brussels corporate office, Jeyan will report to Magnus R. Nicolin and serve a member of the Ansell executive leadership team.
